HSE Officer – Power Infrastructure (Abu Dhabi)

About the role
We are looking for an HSE Officer to support field‑level and programme HSE monitoring across major power infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves ensuring safety standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular site HSE inspections and monitor PPE, welfare, emergency and site‑safety requirements.
- Review contractor method statements and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with UAE HSE regulations.
- Report unsafe conditions, incidents and near‑misses, and track corrective actions.
- Support HSE audits, reporting and maintain accurate HSE records and inspection reports.
Required profile
- Proven HSE experience on major construction, utility, energy or infrastructure projects.
- Strong site inspection experience and knowledge of UAE HSE regulations.
- Relevant HSE certification preferred.
