Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

About the role

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, ensuring HR initiatives align with organisational goals and UAE labour regulations. This role focuses on workforce planning, talent management, and compliance, while enhancing employee experience across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR business partnering strategies in line with corporate objectives and UAE Labour Law.
• Manage workforce planning, headcount, budgets, performance management, and team development.
• Oversee outsourced workforce lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contract management, attendance, invoicing, and vendor SLA compliance.
• Handle employee relations matters, grievances, disciplinary actions, and HR policy interpretation.
• Lead Emiratization initiatives, monitor nationalisation targets, and ensure MOHRE compliance.
• Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics on headcount, workforce utilization, and Emiratization.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and external vendors to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organisational Psychology or related field.
• CIPD, SHRM or equivalent certification.
• 5‑7 years of experience in HR business partnering or similar HR roles.
