Human Resources Administrator

About the role

The HR Administrator will support day‑to‑day HR operations across Art Dubai Group’s four brands, handling onboarding, off‑boarding, employee records, visa administration and medical insurance, while assisting the Head of Operations with payroll inputs and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment, job advertising on LinkedIn Recruiter Lite and maintain a live recruitment tracker.
• Coordinate onboarding and probation processes, including visa, insurance, payroll inputs and induction checklists.
• Administer the Bayzat HRIS, maintaining employee profiles, leave, attendance and reporting.
• Handle visa and immigration processes through the AXS platform and manage parking administration with d3.
• Oversee medical insurance administration, census maintenance and annual renewal negotiations.
• Process leave, attendance and payroll compensation inputs, supporting Finance deadlines.
• Maintain consultants and freelancers master list and manage off‑boarding procedures.

Required profile

• Ownership of core HR processes such as onboarding, off‑boarding, visa coordination and leave administration.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.

Required skills

• Experience with Bayzat HRIS (or similar HRIS platforms).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter Lite for candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with AXS visa administration system.
• Use of d3 for parking administration and related coordination.
