Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will act as a strategic liaison between employees and management, driving engagement, compliance, and talent development.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse employee trends to identify opportunities for increased engagement and retention.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local labour laws and minimise legal risks in daily HR operations.
• Support managers in resolving conflicts and fostering a collaborative workplace.
• Define and promote the company’s ethics, values and cultural standards.
• Lead onboarding processes, including immigration paperwork, tax compliance and benefits administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in HR or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational, communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Proven track record of successfully onboarding new hires and managing core HR tasks.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
