About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will act as a strategic liaison between employees and management, driving engagement, compliance, and talent development.

Key responsibilities

Research and analyse employee trends to identify opportunities for increased engagement and retention.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local labour laws and minimise legal risks in daily HR operations.
Support managers in resolving conflicts and fostering a collaborative workplace.
Define and promote the company’s ethics, values and cultural standards.
Lead onboarding processes, including immigration paperwork, tax compliance and benefits administration.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in HR or a related discipline.
Strong organisational, communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
Proven track record of successfully onboarding new hires and managing core HR tasks.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
