Human Resources Business Partner - Middle East

About the role

Geely is looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to lead full-cycle HR operations for its Middle East division based in Dubai. The role works closely with management to train employees, raise engagement and support the regional teams across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle HR operations for the Middle East division, covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and compensation and benefits, aligned with Geely's global HR policies and local practice.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour law, immigration rules, GOSA and WPS, and maintain relationships with authorities such as MOHRE, DED and GDRFA; manage visas, labour cards and permits.
• Drive local and expatriate recruitment, build talent pipelines for key positions in the UAE, Qatar, Iraq and other markets, and run training and development programmes.
• Support regional teams in Qatar, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and others with policy rollout, headcount planning, budget management and act as HR business partner to the Middle East leadership team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR and administration experience, including at least 2 years in the UAE market; automotive experience preferred; multi-country Middle East experience is a strong plus.
• English and Chinese Mandarin as working languages (mandatory); Arabic is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of UAE labour law, immigration procedures and local employment practices.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, cultural sensitivity, independence in a fast-paced environment and integrity with confidential information.
