Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator will support the HR Division of Hyatt Regency Dubai by handling employee enquiries, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with various HR processes. This role ensures smooth day‑to‑day HR operations within a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and direct employee enquiries.
• Maintain the Employee Statistic List and Employee Address List.
• Track vacation entitlements, process Annual Leave forms and update the HR system.
• Prepare paperwork for employment, probation, and termination.
• Manage the Personnel Office filing system.
• Assist with employee communications and performance appraisal coordination.
• Maintain files for internal and external applications.
• Complete starter checklists for new hires.
• Organise employee sports, social activities and recognition programmes.
• Foster professional relationships with staff at all hotel levels.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the HR Division.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma, preferably in Human Resources or a business‑related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an HR department.
• Experience in hotel‑related operational positions is advantageous.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of payroll processes.
• Good knowledge of recruitment procedures.
