Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

Join the Hilton Hotels team as a Human Resources Coordinator, supporting HR managers and delivering memorable experiences for guests and team members alike.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and onboarding across hotel departments.
• Manage recruitment channels and job advertisements, ensuring accurate and timely postings.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, preparing documents and completing checklists.
• Maintain HR records, databases and HR systems with confidentiality.
• Assist payroll administration, attendance tracking, compensation & benefits, and prepare related reports.
• Handle visa and work permit applications, renewals and documentation.
• Provide day‑to‑day team member support, engagement activities and ensure HR compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance and benefits administration.
