Human Resources Executive – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal is seeking a proactive Human Resources Executive to support its HR team. You will act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring smooth handling of employee relations, recruitment compliance, and HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track employee relations issues, providing follow‑up and resolution support.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with local laws, company policies, and standards.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
• Coordinate annual employee surveys and handle related logistics.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries about HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
• Provide front‑desk support, answer phone calls, and welcome guests according to company standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using computers for HR data entry and record keeping.
