Human Resources Manager

About the role

ZMC Express Cargo is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function in Dubai. The role focuses on building compliant HR processes that support the company’s growth in the logistics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategy, recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, MOHRE regulations and maintain HR documentation.
• Manage employee relations, performance management and compensation programs.
• Oversee HR operations, reporting, policy governance and vendor coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–8 years progressive HR experience, including 2–4 years in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations and experience in recruitment, employee relations and HR compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS and HR reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, ERP/HR platforms).
• Experience with end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and performance management systems.
• Ability to track and analyse HR KPIs such as turnover, time‑to‑hire, absence rate and compliance metrics.
