About the role
A company based in Al Garhoud, Dubai is seeking a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Assistant to support its recruitment team. The role involves assisting with the end‑to‑end recruitment process for blue‑collar and grey‑collar positions.
Key responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and assist in shortlisting suitable applicants.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain recruitment databases, documentation, and candidate records.
- Support recruitment activities for blue‑collar and grey‑collar positions.
Required profile
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
- Own valid UAE visa is mandatory.
- Male candidates who can speak Hindi are preferred.
