Human Resources Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to join Interlink HR Consultancy in Dubai. The role involves overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting managers across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Human Resources department.
• Administer HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
• Oversee employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, training and employee services.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, contributing to organisational HR strategy.
• Handle end‑to‑end disciplinary, performance, reward, talent, grievance and absence cases, ensuring timely closure.
• Provide counseling, guidance and support to managers on disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate new‑joiner formalities such as medical exams, Emirates ID, and induction, and follow up on document renewals.
• Review exit interview feedback and deliver analysis and recommendations to managers.
• Assist the HR Director with presentations and management reports.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in Human Resources.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
