About the role
Abu Alnaga Development, a real estate developer based in Dubai, is hiring a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist. The role supports and strengthens the organisation's HR operations, working closely with managers and team members.
Key responsibilities
- Administer HR policies and coordinate employee benefits
- Maintain personnel records
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities
- Advise managers and team members on HR procedures
- Assist with performance management processes
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company standards
- Help drive employee engagement initiatives and resolve routine HR enquiries
- Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive workplace
Required profile
- Fluent English; Tagalog is highly preferred
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle confidential information discreetly
- Commitment to an inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace
Required skills
- Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
