About the role
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Specialist/Manager to lead our recruitment efforts across the organization. The role focuses on executing the annual hiring plan, sourcing top talent for mid‑to‑senior positions, and enhancing the overall candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the company’s annual recruitment plan to meet staffing needs of all business units.
- Lead sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes for mid‑to‑senior roles, core talents, and international professionals.
- Develop and manage recruitment channels, building robust talent pools for current and future needs.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience; cross‑border recruitment is a plus.
- Strong talent sourcing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in equipment manufacturing or new‑energy sectors is advantageous.
- Result‑oriented, able to work under pressure and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
