HVAC Technician – Dubai Investment Park

About the role

Join a leading hospitality brand as an HVAC Technician responsible for ensuring optimal climate control, air quality, and refrigeration systems across the property. You will perform inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep the mechanical plant running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant and monitor property temperature.
• Analyze energy and utilities usage and calibrate controls, gauges, and meters.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical systems and pipe assemblies.
• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
• Follow all safety policies, report hazards, and complete required safety training.
• Provide courteous service to guests and maintain professional appearance.

Required profile

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HVAC experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work in confined, elevated, or uneven spaces and lift objects up to 100 lb.

Required skills

• EPA Universal Certification.
• HVAC Certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
