BIM Coordinator – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to manage and maintain BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines for our construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate creation, update, and maintenance of BIM models ensuring consistency with company standards.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and resolve model clashes using Navisworks or equivalent.
• Generate coordinated drawings, schedules, and quantities from BIM models.
• Prepare and follow up on clash detection reports with relevant teams.
• Assist in 4D (time) and 5D (cost) BIM integrations with planning and cost control departments.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and clients for BIM data exchange and model submissions.
• Train drafting and engineering staff on BIM tools and standards.
• Support preparation of as‑built BIM models for project close‑out.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 7 years of BIM coordination experience in construction.
• Proven experience coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP models.
• Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans, LOD requirements, and model submission procedures.
