IB MYP & DP English Teacher – Dubai

About the role

The school is a leading International Baccalaureate institution in Dubai’s Sustainable City, seeking an enthusiastic English teacher for Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP) classes. You will join a collaborative faculty focused on holistic development and inquiry‑based learning.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English lessons to secondary‑aged students in the MYP and DP.
• Design and implement inquiry‑based learning activities aligned with the IB curriculum.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to create a supportive learning environment.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives that promote social‑emotional well‑being.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field.
• Valid teaching certificate.
• Minimum of two years post‑qualification teaching experience.
• Experience in an international school setting is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the IB curriculum and MYP framework.
