About the role
The Academy is seeking an innovative Psychology Teacher to join its Psychology department from August 2026. The role involves delivering the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP) Psychology curriculum to a diverse, multi‑ethnic student body in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Proven track record of effective teaching and supporting student success.
- Experience teaching the IB Middle Years and Diploma programmes is preferred.
- Alignment with the IB philosophy and commitment to the Learner Profile values.
Required skills
- Understanding of the IBDP framework.
- Bachelor of Education degree.
- Approaches to Teaching.
- PGDE.
- PGCE.
