ICQA Supervisor

About the role

The ICQA Supervisor leads a team responsible for inventory accuracy, quality audits, and process compliance at an Amazon delivery station. This hands‑on leadership role requires data‑driven decision making and a focus on safety and quality standards on the floor.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily/weekly cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies and track inventory accuracy KPIs.
• Conduct quality walks and audits of pick faces, staging and storage areas, logging defects and driving corrective actions.
• Supervise, schedule and coach a team of ICQA associates, set daily targets and monitor performance.
• Enforce safety and compliance standards, ensure clear fire exits, safe stacking and adherence to SOPs.
• Produce daily/weekly accuracy and quality reports and collaborate with Operations, Inbound and Outbound teams to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in inventory control, quality assurance or warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand/walk for up to 12‑hour shifts and work rotational nights/weekends.

• Kaizen and continuous‑improvement methodologies.

• Quality auditing and defect investigation.
• Scanning workflows and label generation.
• Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Advanced Excel (filters, pivots, formulas) and familiarity with warehouse/WMS systems.
