About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai supports clients through complex global immigration processes, providing expert guidance on visa applications, documentation and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to assess immigration needs.
- Prepare and review visa applications and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant immigration laws and regulations.
- Assist clients in resolving immigration‑related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Required profile
- Expertise in immigration issues, visas and global immigration processes.
- Strong knowledge of migration laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in immigration consulting and client advisory.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze complex cases and provide efficient solutions.
- Proficiency in English; Hindi is an advantage.
- Previous experience in global immigration services or case management is highly desirable.
Required skills
- Knowledge of immigration laws and visa procedures.
