In-House Accountant – Full Cycle Finance Role

About the role

The In-House Accountant will manage the full‑cycle accounting function, ensuring accurate records, timely reporting, and compliance with UAE regulations. Working closely with operations, business development, and leadership, the role supports financial discipline and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts in line with IFRS and record daily transactions.
• Perform monthly bank, supplier and customer reconciliations and manage the general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow projection processes.
• Prepare and file quarterly VAT returns and UAE Corporate Tax returns, maintaining all supporting documentation.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, issue client invoices and monitor collections.
• Handle monthly payroll and WPS compliance, including end‑of‑service calculations.
• Monitor daily cash position, manage bank accounts and ensure sufficient liquidity.
• Implement and maintain internal controls, segregation of duties and authorization matrices.
