About the role

The In-Store Sales Associate delivers an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers, recommending products, maintaining visual merchandising standards, achieving sales targets and promoting the brand's values. The role is based on site in Dubai and suits someone with 2-3 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional and engaging manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement
• Maintain excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Keep shelves, displays and stock areas organized and replenished
• Build strong product knowledge to advise customers effectively
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and concerns professionally
• Support store operations such as inventory checks, stock handling and housekeeping
• Promote current campaigns, new arrivals and special offers

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Team-oriented and flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
• Preferred: previous retail or customer service experience
• Preferred: genuine passion for football and strong knowledge of clubs, leagues, players, boots, equipment and merchandise, able to engage customers through shared interest
