Inclusion Assistant – Immediate Start

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an enthusiastic Inclusion Assistant for Al Rayana Charter School in Abu Dhabi. The role involves supporting pupils with additional needs to fully participate in school activities and to help implement their Individual Education Plans.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to individual pupils both inside and outside the classroom, enabling full participation in daily activities.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring Individual Education Programmes (IEPs) and track pupil progress.
• Prepare resources and adapt curriculum materials to meet each pupil’s learning needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists and other professionals to support academic, physical, emotional and behavioural development.
• Maintain pupil records, supervise pupils during lessons, trips and extracurricular activities, and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Participate in training sessions, professional meetings and may mentor new Inclusion Assistants.

Required profile

• SEN qualification – Diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in Special Educational Needs (SEN) environments.
