Inclusion Assistant – Immediate Start (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The school is seeking a UAE National Inclusion Assistant to join Abdulla Bin Otaiba Charter School in Abu Dhabi on an immediate basis. The role supports pupils with additional learning needs, ensuring they can fully participate in classroom and school activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group support to pupils inside and outside the classroom.
• Assist in implementing individual education programmes (IEPs) and monitor progress.
• Prepare and adapt resources to help pupils access the curriculum.
• Support pupils with academic, physical, emotional, or behavioural challenges.
• Maintain pupil records and collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals.
• Promote independence by teaching clear strategies.
• Adhere to health‑and‑safety policies, school code of conduct, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Attend training sessions, meetings, and professional development as required.
