Income Audit Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

SIRO One Za’abeel is a digitally integrated fitness and recovery hotel in Dubai. The Income Audit Supervisor will oversee finance operations, ensure revenue accuracy, and support the ultra‑luxury guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily tasks of Income Auditors and Micros controllers and ensure timely submission of tax reports (DM fee, DTCM fees, etc.).
• Audit all revenue transactions, verify inter‑company postings, and confirm that Opera and related interfaces are correctly matched.
• Validate room rates, complimentary items, rebates, discounts and foreign‑exchange transactions against hotel policies.
• Prepare and distribute daily and monthly revenue reports, reconcile voids/cancelled checks, and manage cash counts for all hotel cashiers.
• Maintain accurate mapping between PMS and accounting systems and ensure proper posting to guest ledgers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in income audit or revenue management within the luxury hotel sector.
• Proven team‑leadership abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of Chart of Accounts, General Ledger and compliance standards for hospitality.

• iScala accounting software (advantage).
• Smart cash‑deposit machine operation.
• General Ledger and COA knowledge.
