Income Auditor – Finance Team (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Income Auditor to join our finance team at Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel. The role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial data across all revenue streams and supports the hotel’s financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily financial reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and verify night audit functions, making necessary corrections.
• Upload and reconcile daily revenue from rooms, F&B, SPA, and other departments.
• Analyze and verify all income streams, room status reports, and key performance indicators.
• Prepare and maintain security deposit reports.
• Conduct surprise cash counts and point‑of‑sale (POS) audits.
• Support outlet and POS teams with financial‑related inquiries.
• Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper revenue recognition.
• Stay up‑to‑date with company policies, industry standards, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (Master’s a plus).
• 2‑3 years of experience in income auditing, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• High level of integrity handling confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Proficiency with financial software.
• Advanced spreadsheet applications.
• Experience with property management systems.
