Indoor Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Indoor Sales Executive to join our client’s team in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai. The role focuses on handling walk‑in customers, responding to telephone and web enquiries, and supporting telemarketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk‑in customers, understanding their needs and promoting suitable products or services.
• Answer telephone leads and respond promptly to web enquiries.
• Conduct telemarketing outreach and support indoor sales initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and prepare for potential transition to field corporate sales.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in telemarketing and indoor sales.
• Willingness to develop into field corporate sales in the future.
