Industrial Electrician – Aluminum Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our aluminium manufacturing plant in the UAE. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems for production machinery, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems for industrial machines and factory equipment.
• Diagnose faults in control panels, motors, sensors, relays, contactors and other components.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and control circuits.
• Service motor control circuits, starters, VFDs, PLC‑related systems and automation equipment.
• Conduct electrical inspections, replace faulty parts and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Coordinate with mechanical and production teams during breakdowns.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as an industrial/machine electrician.
• Experience in an aluminium factory or similar manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to machine breakdowns.
• Age below 35 years; immediate joiners preferred.
