Influencer Partnership Onboarding & Negotiation Specialist

About the role

The Onboarding Specialist leads negotiation meetings with Western influencers and high-value affiliate partners to secure strategic collaborations, preparing strategies and documenting outcomes for smooth handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead negotiation meetings with Western influencers and high-value affiliate prospects.
• Prepare negotiation strategies based on pre‑meeting briefs, including walk‑away points and target outcomes.
• Execute negotiations to secure partnerships within approved commercial terms.
• Document agreed outcomes and hand off closed deals to the Partner Management team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or related field.
• Open to interns, fresh graduates, and early‑career candidates with strong potential.
• Excellent coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Detail‑oriented with strong documentation and handover capabilities.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
