Information Technology Supervisor - Information & Telecom Systems

About the role

The Information Technology Supervisor will lead the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues across computer software, systems, and telecommunications infrastructure for The Ritz‑Carlton in Dubai. The role combines hands‑on technical support with strategic planning to ensure seamless operation of IT and telecom services.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software, hardware, and network problems for end‑users and client/server environments.
• Manage and coordinate planning, design, operations, maintenance, and resource allocation for telecommunications activities.
• Maintain accurate records of daily data communications, incidents, remedial actions, and installation activities.
• Provide training and guidance to users on proper hardware and software usage.

Required profile

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT or telecom experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to recommend and implement process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Required skills

• Technical troubleshooting of computer software and hardware.
