About the role
Parsons is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Design Manager for roads and utilities projects in Abu Dhabi. You will lead technical teams, ensure high‑quality design outputs, and align delivery with project objectives and program requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the infrastructure design team through concept to tender stage, managing schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with technical excellence teams to enforce design standards and guidelines.
- Develop and implement design delivery strategies, change control, and risk mitigation processes.
- Prepare progress reports for Project Directors and clients, and support bidding activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in roads and infrastructure design, preferably within a consultancy.
- Strong communication skills, including report writing and presentations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
