About the role
An exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of an ultra‑luxury masterplan development for a Tier 1 luxury PMC. This is a full‑time, site‑based role in Abu Dhabi.
Required profile
- Background in Civil Engineering, construction management or similar
- 20+ years in construction, with strong experience in the UAE or Middle East
- 5+ years as Project Director in a PMC or client‑side organisation
- Strong PMC background and post‑contract delivery experience
- Large‑scale luxury mixed‑use masterplan experience (multi‑billion) and hotel or resort experience
