Infrastructure Lead

About the role

Lead and develop Artelia Airports’ in‑house Infrastructure Team, delivering integrated airside and landside infrastructure design for airports.

Key responsibilities

• Drive multidisciplinary design delivery for runways, taxiways, aprons, roads, stormwater, utilities, AGL, power and special airport systems, defining strategies, scopes and review gates.
• Manage execution plans, schedules, resource allocation and man‑hour budgets while protecting scope and fee integrity.
• Establish design standards and QA/QC workflows complying with ICAO, FAA, GCAA and local regulations, and lead technical engagement with clients and stakeholders.
• Govern BIM, CDE and AI‑driven workflows, sponsoring automated checking and digital twin use cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s in civil engineering with at least 15 years of relevant experience, including 10 years on airport projects and 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven references from major airport projects, preferably with GCC experience, and strong knowledge of ICAO, FAA and regional aerodrome requirements.
• Professional registration (Chartered Engineer, PE) and PMP certification are advantageous.

Required skills

• AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM coordination tools (ACC/BIM 360), Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong design‑management, project‑control and commercial‑management capabilities.
• Fluent English (Arabic or French a plus) and ability to lead distributed multidisciplinary teams.
