Infrastructure Site Supervision Roles in Dubai & Abu Dhabi

About the role

Zutari, a management‑owned engineering consultancy with a 90‑year legacy, is expanding its Middle‑East footprint. We are hiring experienced professionals to provide site supervision for key civil and utility infrastructure projects across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities for infrastructure, civil, structural and utility works.
• Coordinate with local authorities such as RTA, ADM, DEWA and Etisalat to secure approvals and ensure compliance.
• Monitor quality, safety and environmental standards on‑site.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, progress reports and handover packages.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, HSE officers and document controllers.

Required profile

• 10–20 years of proven experience in infrastructure and civil site supervision.
• Previous involvement in UAE‑based projects and familiarity with local authority procedures.
• Strong coordination, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Commitment to delivering quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
