About the role

Join Emaar’s hospitality team in Fujairah as an In‑Room Dining Ambassador. You will be the face of our dining service, ensuring every guest enjoys a flawless, memorable experience from welcome to farewell.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality food and beverage service in guest rooms, adhering to brand standards.
• Handle all operational F&B tasks, including order taking, service delivery, and table set‑up.
• Proactively address guest concerns, prevent complaints, and execute service recovery when needed.
• Collaborate closely with fellow ambassadors to maintain seamless service flow.
• Go the extra mile to turn guests into loyal fans of our restaurants.

Required profile

• Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
