About the role
The Guest Service Expert provides in‑room dining service, creating memorable food experiences for hotel guests. Working in the W Hotels Dubai Marina, you will set up, serve, and clear meals while maintaining the brand’s high standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, deliver meals to guest rooms, and ensure timely service.
- Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate any special requests.
- Interact with guests courteously, respond to their needs, and uphold a professional appearance.
- Maintain clean work areas, handle supplies, and follow health‑safety and quality procedures.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 kg unaided and 50 kg with assistance, and moving on varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle physical demands of the role.
