Inside Sales Contract Specialist

About the role

In this position you will support the sales team by preparing accurate proposals, quotations and costing sheets, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to move opportunities through the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare techno‑commercial proposals, quotations, tender submissions and detailed costing sheets aligned with customer requirements and margin objectives.
• Engage with end users, facility‑management companies, contractors, consultants and business partners to clarify scope and support the sales process.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales Engineers, Operations and other internal teams to develop competitive customer solutions.
• Manage the full proposal and quotation lifecycle, including bid documentation, customer follow‑up, renewal quotations, internal approvals and order processing.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, quotation and order records in the CRM system to support pipeline management and sales forecasting.
• Receive LPOs and contracts, route them for order processing and obtain required approvals, ensuring compliance with company standards and contractual obligations.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of experience in inside sales, contract administration or related functions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with accountability.
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
