Inside Sales Executive – Property (Hindi/Urdu Speakers)

About the role
The Inside Sales Executive will drive the full sales cycle for property solutions, focusing on telephonic sales and closing deals with Hindi and Urdu speaking prospects.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect customers using cold, warm and hot leads and qualify them against product and service requirements.
- Draft and deliver proposals via email, maintain detailed notes in Salesforce CRM and provide weekly and monthly revenue forecasts.
- Provide feedback to sales management to shorten the sales cycle and enhance company branding.
Required profile
- High school education with 2‑3 years of inside sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to handle objections and maintain a high volume of daily calls.
- Bilingual Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Zendesk.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
