Inside Sales Manager

About the role

Bayut and Dubizzle, part of the Dubizzle Group, are recruiting an Inside Sales Manager in Dubai. You will train, mentor and lead a team of Sales Account Managers, telesales executives and Coordinators who sell products over the phone and make monthly client visits.

Key responsibilities

• Train, mentor and lead the sales team, and meet or exceed its productivity with 100% accuracy.
• Meet the team's SLA on volume, customer service and number of clients converted.
• Coach team members, give ongoing feedback and development opportunities, and identify areas for new training or skill checks.
• Help with hiring and training of new team members, and answer questions and solve problems.
• Oversee work quality and compliance with guidelines, and set and track sales targets.
• Develop strategies to promote adherence to company regulations and performance goals, and run team meetings on best practices.
• Generate detailed reports on team performance, objectives and deadlines, and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
• Deliver quality customer service, including answering inquiries, handling complaints and occasionally visiting customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of telesales experience.
• 4+ years managing teams of telesales or sales executives.
• Analytical, result-oriented, with strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Good listening and communication skills, able to give open and honest feedback.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Zendesk and CRM software (Salesforce a plus).
• MS Excel.
