Inside Sales Representative – Dubai

About the role

Join Aggreko as an Inside Sales Representative in Dubai and help power the world by driving new business and repeat sales. You will work primarily over the phone, converting inbound leads and proactively reaching out to prospects to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and convert marketing leads into sales through consultative phone‑based selling.
• Conduct proactive outbound calls to existing customers and prospects to generate new business.
• Achieve individual revenue targets by balancing inbound conversions with outbound prospecting.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable short‑term sales forecasts.
• Build and sustain customer relationships through systematic follow‑up.
• Collaborate with field sales teams on lead handoffs and account coordination.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or other customer‑facing experience.
• Comfortable communicating verbally in a phone‑based or remote environment.
• Proven ability to meet targets or performance standards.
• Willingness to learn outbound cold‑calling techniques and embrace proactive prospecting.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems or systematic record‑keeping approaches.
