Inside Sales & Social Media Executive (Dubai) – Immediate Joiner

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales & Social Media Executive to join our Dubai team immediately. The role blends inbound sales support with the management of our social media channels to drive brand awareness and generate leads.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails and WhatsApp messages, qualify prospects and convert leads into sales.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and follow‑up to close orders.
• Maintain the CRM system and produce daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics for order processing.
• Manage company pages on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok; create posts, reels and captions.
• Respond to comments, direct messages and customer queries on social platforms.
• Set up basic paid campaigns, monitor performance and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• 0‑1 year experience in inside sales, tele‑sales or social media (fresh graduates welcome).
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and presentable with a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Canva for graphic creation.
• Meta Ads platform for paid campaigns.
• Content creation and scheduling tools.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Experience using a CRM system.
