Inside Sales & Social Media Executive (Dubai) – Immediate Joiners

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales & Social Media Executive to join our Dubai team. The role supports both sales and marketing functions by handling customer inquiries, following up on leads, and managing our social media presence to boost brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails and WhatsApp messages from customers
• Follow up leads, prepare quotations and proposals, and close sales
• Maintain CRM records and update daily sales reports
• Coordinate with operations and logistics for order processing
• Manage company pages on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Create and schedule posts, reels and captions using Canva and other tools
• Respond to comments, direct messages and customer queries on social platforms
• Run basic paid Meta ads, monitor performance and suggest improvements

Required profile

• 0‑1 year experience in inside sales, tele‑sales or social media (freshers welcome)
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus
• Good phone manner, presentable and customer‑focused
