Inspector - Quality Control RM4

About the role

The Inspector – Quality Control RM4 is responsible for ensuring that rolled products meet all applicable standards and customer specifications. Working on‑site in Abu Dhabi, you will perform inline inspections, classify products, and report any non‑conformities promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inline inspection and classification of rolled products according to established standards.
• Report non‑conformities immediately to the mill for corrective action.
• Identify, segregate, and document non‑conforming items as defined in the QS Program.
• Perform re‑inspection after rectification or retesting to verify compliance.
• Record inspection results, calculate defect counts, and prepare detailed inspection and test reports.

Required profile

• 3 to 6 years of experience in quality control or inspection within an industrial setting.
• Diploma or degree in a relevant technical field.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with applicable standards, including the ASME Code.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ASME Code requirements.
• Proficiency in inspection and classification techniques for rolled products.
• Ability to calculate defect rates and generate accurate inspection reports.
