About the role
The Installation Supervisor is a hands‑on field leader responsible for directing multiple installation crews, maintaining discipline, quality and ensuring daily plans are executed on time.
Key responsibilities
- Lead several installation crews, allocating personnel based on workload and capability.
- Monitor crew performance, identify obstacles, and ensure work stays on schedule.
- Maintain quality standards, detect poor workmanship and enforce corrective actions.
- Utilise basic operational systems and KPIs to track progress and drive urgency.
Required profile
- 4–8 years of relevant installation experience, with at least 1–3 years leading teams.
- Strong technical background in doors, closets, kitchens, furniture, joinery or fit‑out installations.
- Natural front‑line leader respected by installers, able to give clear instructions and coach weaker team members.
- Independent, firm, fair and consistent, requiring minimal supervision.
