Instock Manager – Strategic Initiatives (MENA)

About the role
Join Amazon’s MENA A‑Now team to build a new grocery business from the ground up. You will own inventory strategy, work across multiple functions and drive execution in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily inventory health metrics, accuracy and stock‑level optimization.
- Develop and maintain inventory control processes, monitoring shrinkage and damage.
- Analyze historical data to create demand forecasts and recommend order quantities.
- Partner with operations, transportation and procurement teams to align planning and execution.
- Escalate and resolve inventory‑related issues across the network.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen, Lean or Six Sigma methods.
Required profile
- 5+ years of supply chain, inventory or project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, data science, engineering).
- Strong analytical talent with excellent written communication.
- Experience working with complex data sets and Excel.
