Instrumentation Maintenance Technician

About the role

The company is seeking an Instrumentation Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliable operation of all electrical, instrumentation and control systems at its multi‑product and military depots in the Al Ain region. The role involves hands‑on service, repair and preventive maintenance in a plant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform service, repair and maintenance of electrical systems, instrumentation and control equipment across plant, equipment and building assets.
• Conduct routine inspections, record conditions and monitor equipment health continuously.
• Maintain and test electronic devices, replace fuses and lamps, and calibrate sensors, transmitters, control valves and recorders.
• Troubleshoot and repair PCBs, valves, displays and laboratory instruments, including re‑loading programs and repairing electronic cards.
• Diagnose faults in electric, pneumatic and micro‑processor‑based control and recording systems.
• Install and operate advanced testing equipment in accordance with industry standards.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma or Secondary School Certificate with a vocational trade certificate in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in auto‑maintenance within the fuel‑retail or oil‑and‑gas industry.
