Integrated Art Director – Digital & Social Media

About the role

LPS Brands, a leading creative and social media agency in the UAE, is looking for an Integrated Art Director to lead the visual direction of digital and social campaigns. The role combines client‑facing leadership with hands‑on design, animation and video production to create compelling content across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for social media and digital campaigns, aligning with brand strategy.
• Lead the visual design process for posts, short‑form videos, animations, web graphics and other online assets.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers and production teams to deliver high‑quality creative work.
• Present ideas to clients and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Stay current with social media trends, platform best practices and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in a creative role with a focus on digital and social media.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an Art Director handling high‑stakes client engagements.
• Proven team‑management experience for an integrated design and animation team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, video content (TikTok, Reels), animation and motion graphics.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Availability with a maximum one‑month notice period.

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.

• Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter and emerging social platforms.
