Integration Manager

About the role

The Integration Manager drives alignment and coordination across business units and functions to ensure effective delivery of organizational priorities. This role facilitates cross‑functional collaboration, monitors strategic initiatives, and escalates risks to keep projects on track.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate across business units to align on shared priorities, deliverables, timelines and dependencies.
• Support planning and execution of cross‑functional projects and organizational initiatives.
• Maintain consolidated trackers, action logs, implementation plans and status reports.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, risks and issues, ensuring timely follow‑up with stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops and working groups, preparing agendas, materials, minutes and action points.
• Identify coordination gaps, conflicting priorities and operational dependencies, and develop corrective actions.
• Prepare regular progress updates and management reports for senior leadership.
• Lead, guide and develop team members, setting performance expectations and fostering a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, STEM or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 8‑10 years of experience in strategic initiative management, business integration, project or program management.
• Proven experience coordinating complex, cross‑functional projects involving multiple business units and senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, meeting facilitation and executive‑level reporting skills.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
• Previous people‑management or team‑leadership experience preferred.
