Interface Manager

About the role

The Interface Manager will be based in Abu Dhabi and will act as the central point for coordinating all internal and external interfaces on a major offshore oil & gas project. The role ensures that interface gaps, conflicts and schedule impacts are prevented throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Project Interface Management Plan and Interface Register.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering interfaces across Process, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom, Civil and Structural disciplines.
• Facilitate interface meetings, track actions, and escalate critical issues to project management.
• Integrate interface requirements with the overall project schedule and manage related risks.
• Maintain comprehensive interface documentation, status reports and ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Significant experience in Oil & Gas EPC/PMC projects, preferably offshore.
• Proven track record in interface management and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Familiarity with the EPC lifecycle from FEED to commissioning.
• Experience with ADNOC or similar offshore projects is advantageous.
