About the role
We are seeking an experienced Interior Architect to lead premium commercial interior projects from concept through handover for a leading interior design and fit‑out firm in Dubai. The role involves owning design intent, technical detailing and ensuring delivery quality on high‑end commercial spaces.
Key responsibilities
- Develop concept designs and space planning for commercial interiors.
- Produce design development, detailing and construction documentation.
- Select and specify FF&E items.
- Coordinate authority approvals with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence and DEWA.
- Provide on‑site design oversight and ensure project completion to quality standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in interior design or architectural fit‑out, with a strong commercial portfolio.
- Proven experience delivering fit‑out projects in the UAE.
- Specialisation in hospitality, workplace or retail interiors is an advantage.
